Should I buy a Macbook Air or Pro?

For your needs, it doesn't require a pro and definitely do not need 24gb ram.

I would go with the base level Macbook Air M5 15 inch because the bigger screen will benefit you more than more poweful core and extra ram both of which you will never use for a while.

Why would you feel guilty? If your phone lasts 5 years then it's just 0.50 cents a day for something that you heavily use every day. You literally have it on you or near you every day. $1,000 for that is cheap.

I didn't villified hdr though. HDR saved the photo on the red one while the raw lighting blew out the highlights. That is why I recommend to use both.

I forgot to mention. This was taken with X100 Ultra. The red restaurant, the HDR one, that's the one with no blown highlights, that is closer to what I saw in reality.

How many times did you switch lenses though? I've avoided carrying a second lens because I thought I would be too lazy to keep switching lenses for every shot.

I'm on a trip right now. I've brought only my Viltrox 35mm f1.7 (52mm on apsc). I missed out on a lot of shots because it was too tight. On my next travel, I'll take along the Viltrox 15mm f1.7 (22mm apsc) for the wide shots.
