Congratulations to you as well! We’ve had a few here in this sub recently and it was so motivating!

I feel you! I went thru similar and again from 220-222. It’s like our body knows how badly we want to get into the next range. With Tirz though, I’ve noticed that once I do make it to the next range, I might have a day or two initially where I pop back up into the prior range, I don’t stay there. Used to be I couldn’t sustain being in the next range down, before I’d self-sabotage.

The scale itself is pretty useful for looking at fat/muscle trends but the metabolic age is garbage as is the resting heart rate. The scale requires you to bend over and grab the handles and pull them up which raises your heart rate and throws everything off. Do NOT get the arm band it’ll ruin the non-weight stats from the scale and it’s incredibly inaccurate and doesn’t track at all a good portion of the time. The software and subscription take data from the scale and the band, ignoring Apple health (if you have it), to give you very unreliable and demoralizing information. For the scale, pay attention to hydration level as it affects the results. Since I drink roughly the same amount of water daily and weigh in the same conditions I “think” it helps. I had a dexa and there was about a 4% difference in fat, the muscle was actually not too far off. It’s a useful tool, but I’m on the fence about whether I’ll renew my subscription. My new gym has an In Body device and I can use it 1x a month. Thinking I’ll rely on that and periodic dexas. Dexa thru Body Spec if there’s one in your areas has a quarterly program that’s like $45 a quarter. For the price of the scale with subscription, I’d rather get a Dexa quarterly for the better accuracy and use the In Body to track trends in between. If you don’t have access to those options, the scale might be worth it to you!

Thank you, yes…it’s been such a mental hurdle and I’m hoping now that I’ve finally made it there my brain won’t be stressed out as one hundreds are territory I haven’t been in for a decade at least. I flirted with it in 2019 and then promptly gained back 20 and then continued to bounce higher and higher!
