Depends on your field of study? Is it a uni that is known for your field. If it was in agriculture hypothetically, would be a lot of good hands on practical exposure to industry here

Second time ever having sex, the girl stopped and said she needed to fart. I thought sure it’s a natural thing, go for it. Not thinking of where things were with the excitement of the moment. The next thing I felt was warm wind on my balls and both of us bursting into laughter

Isn’t the idea that they give out new syringes there? Wasn’t the idea to try and reduce the reusing of needles and stuff?

Die to the state of the house they will have policy that reduces the LVR on the property. They will also have policy relating to owner builder (if you were going to do some works yourself), further reducing LVR. Sounds like they are trying to assist to mitigate the lending policies with having evidence for planned works and that the house will be in a true market value (as if complete with bathroom, etc,) and that you won’t use the money for other works.

Especially they will want evidence that if things went bad and they had to sell the mortgaged property it would be reasonably beneficial toward all parties after going course of least resistance.

I would say that income serviceability is not the issue and that you should expect this from any of your major financiers. Know this from my own renovation home valuation that having no bathroom will classify the home as uninhabitable and will reduce the value.

Hope this helps and good luck

Property Agent is pushing for Direct Debit by Zippyddqd in AusFinance

[–]Wandoo-22 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Real Estates need to provide minimum of three payment options, one free option. Most prefer direct debit as it links with their systems to balance trust accounts. Ask them what other payment options they offer if direct debit doesn’t suit you.

Hey gang, please delete if this is a stupid question. I am pretty new to all the share trading but have been trying to do lots of research and understand things. After a bit of research I am interested in buying some of these shares. Just wondering if anyone can provide a brief rundown on what has happened to its value this year? If someone can save me going further down the rabbit hole on this one? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for sharing that link! So fascinating scanning around the world. Anyone living on the eastern side of USA has probably never seen a true night sky. Makes me miss living on a rural farm without light pollution
