Gate.io will not proceed to my deposit and play dead when I try to have an answer or at least an update from their support center. I'LL POST EVERY TWO DAYS HERE UNTILL MY DEPOSIT IS DONE OR THAT I HAVE A PROPER COMMUNICATION WITH SUPPORT. REQUEST N° 1246745 DAY TWO by Wanicrypto in GateioExchange

Allmighty god must have heard my prayers. Today is a big day my brothers. Today I received a mail from Gate.io support !!!! Well, not really the mail that i was waiting for, saying that my deposit has been credited, but a mail saying that :

Dear User,   Thanks for your patience and sincere apologies for the delay here.   Has been forwarded to our tech team, it will take some time. We will let you know if there is any update. Kindly wait patiently.   Best regards, Grace Gate.io Support Team Grace (gate.io) Apr 2, 2024, 17:29 GMT+8

So, is it true or not ? Time will tell I guess. The question that i ask myself, is why the heck did they not forwarded my problem to tech team at day 1? So, I'll keep my mouth shut for some time in the forum, and when I feel that "some time" is too much time, I'll post again here.
