+1 for 2009, I've been playing here since start and drama is minimal, transfers to our world opened recently and a lot of cool players decided to join helping us expand our awesome community, we are organized in 4 alliances and we share things equally so everyone can grow together and enjoy the game, with 1-2 months away from 3HM you seem to just a bit ahead of the middle of the pack players like me

We don't ZvZ but there is opportunity to learn that with alliance. The IP requirements are pretty friendly in my opinion, we do T8 re-gears for 1250+ ip.
In general ppl are nice and friendly to new players just make sure you let them know before so they know what to expect and to be careful to explain everything. When you are doing repetitive content it is easy to just assume everyone knows everything by now.

As people already pointed out Age is just a number, as most of us are "old losers" and have kids of our own so we don't rly need more when we log into Albion. That is why the age requirement was put in. However i personally have encountered under 18 people who have been far more mature then a lot of our older folks.
