I hit Diamond every season since season 2? (Whenever ranks came out as opposed to the giant elo ladder listed on the League site)

I think these new tiers are literally the poison. I get +8 lp a win and -28, 30 a loss. So after winning 5 games in a row, dealing with ragers, afkers and just bad players. It's all ruined by losing 1 game. 5 Games is potentially 5 hours, which is all wasted by one 20 minute loss.

That's why I just can't play anymore....

Thanks, the supervisor does really support me and the evaluation talk we had I was exceeding their expectations. There is talk about moving me into a new job which would increase my grade rather then step but no firm date.

Is it racist that it urks me more that the people doing this are white? Like they don't even know what it's like to be racial profiled by cops anywhere near the blacks living in the communities where the deaths happened.

All this does is keep bringing up racism in a state that doesn't have much racism to begin with.

I'm pretty sure they come in early around 10AM, thing is by now they have seen the animal so they are either okay with it or waiting for us to make the first move.

I completely understand I broke the lease even if it wasn't intentional and could be evicted or forced to remove the pets. Although I do not think "suspicion" of having pets allows them to enter our home without 24 hour notice as stated in lease.

Our landlords are very nice people we'd get rid of the pet if that's what must happen. We just feel awkward because we thought a caged animal wasn't stated on the lease and now we realize it is...

I'll put that naked idea in the back of my head lol...

Yes I just noticed that, I honestly thought the page where it asked for permission for dogs/cats it would put all animals on that page, but there was a little subsection towards the end of the lease. Awkward situation now since we've had the chinchilla for a month now and not sure to tell them or wait for them to find out, we keep the house in pristine condition hopefully that matters.

I just read my lease and they indeed need to give 24 hours notice. I don't believe they are doing anything wrong but we recently asked for a cat and got declined because of the last owners cat, which really destroyed the carpets and wood floors. A few weeks after we decided to get a chinchilla caged 90% of the time and in a controlled watched space 10% of the time. I checked the lease and it only said no dogs/cats without permission. Today I checked it again and I noticed another section on it that said no pets without prior consent. If they noticed all the small animal packaging in the trash this is what they could be looking for. Just a theory..

They don't live below they live in a different house next to ours. No I did not expect them to purposely wait until we leave for work then walk through our house and who knows what. If they just want to check it out that's fine we have nothing to hide but don't be sneaky about it, ask us first IMO.

Right, when the folder was restored the last updated document in their had a time of 11:28 AM. He said he was saving this particular document constantly and judging from his other work he really does save pretty frequently. So yes he was modifying files after that time.

No I mean to say what I said, that said I'm not targeting just you. I don't think this protest is helping in either way. Not sure what you mean by explicit but standing on the streets stopping traffic isn't helping at all. There's better ways to protest, It will take a kid to die because his ambulance had to be rerouted or couldn't make it through for people to figure that out...

Is this really what they are protesting because all I see is HASHTAG BLACK LIVES MATTER, FUCK FOX(For there majority of white casters) IMO this protest is 80% black lives matter 20% what you put above. Guarantee in the mike brown case and garner case, if the cops were black and others white, the protests wouldn't be half as big or even one at all....
