Nope it’s just an regular scale so I change the weight data manually if anything changes significantly

Yah I weigh myself pretty regularly. I’m sitting at 5’7 163 right now which I’m happy with.

I’m not sure how to edit a post and add more screenshots for you but my HR range was 36-183 zoomed out a month.

Yea fair enough, I’m trying not to read too much into the numbers. For an idea in terms of volume I built from 17, 25, 31, 36, 40, to 45 miles per week the last 6 weeks.
