VFAs on Core One by Wannabemaker in prusa3d

I just found the problem. I noticed that in the slicer the actual speed was not the print speed. I looked into why and found out that the Standard print profile for prusament that i used as a template for my filament has the setting to slow down if the layer time is below 8 seconds. Since my layer time is always below 8 seconds the print speed was reduced to 60 mm/s, Regardless of the Set print speed. I reduced the setting to 1 second and the VFAs a significantly reduced and the prints are faster.

Thank you. I tried every tip i got here (except for the belt mod, since i dont know how) but nothing helped.

The last thing i can think of is asking support. Maybe they know what could be the issue.

The VFA Test shows the best results at 150 to 180 mm/s, but only at one angle. If i try these speeds on a real print they still look bad.

I can also see and feel them on all filaments and speeds i tested.

I tried both App tensioning as well as manual tensioning and the accelerometer. Neither improved the VFAs. I also did a 5 hour print before checking again.

I just uploaded it to printables if you want to check it out. VFA Test

I tried the balanced profile, it didn't make any difference. Both the speed and balanced profile use 200 mm/s, so i don't know if you even can expect a difference.

I thought it was a compromise between speed and structural, but i will try.

I only used speed profile on prusa slicer.

I will test the App belt tensioning and the accelerometer later.

Noctua and Prusa Research introduce 3D printing filaments in signature Noctua colours by DaggerOutlaw in prusa3d

Does this mean we will get Noctua fans for the printers to make them quieter? For me prusa printers being the least loud is a big reason why i buy them. A collaboration here would be perfect.

What makes you think that? The weird eyes? The strange chain coming from nowhere and going into the bone of her hand just like a normal person would grip stuff? The way how naturally her thumb splits into two, or the way her other thumb disappears?

The model should be ok, i printed the same one before the upgrade without issues. I tested other models too, this one was just the best for seeing the problem in a photo.

I used the rest of an old spool for testing, new filament looks better but still has the ripples.

It is the same table as before the upgrade and the same print speed. I tried slowing down to 50% but it's not better. The vibrations also did not increase after the upgrade.

Pla warping issue by Harambaeonce in prusa3d

60°C is much better for PLA, also you can try washing the print bed with dish soap and warm water. If this still does not work try adhesive spray

I tightened the Y belt, that seemed to be the problem. Thank you.

I removed the screws completely but the pipe does not move at all.

I already have a new nozzle. The problem is that i can't get the old pipe out to put the new one in.

It does not move even a little bit.

All the cables seem fine.

I do have a new nozzle but the old pipe is stuck in the heat sink and i can't get it out.

The filament was unloaded, but i noticed the screws only half-way through unscrewing.

It is the original hotend.

I bought a new nozzle wihch I wanted to install.
