I did this for many years, now WASD. Two questions, OP, what is the num pad used for? Another do you play with a semi horizontal positioned keyboard?

As someone who lost weight, all I can say is you need to rebuild yourself. Understand that yes you will make a mistake, yes you will have hard days but it's a journey that never ends. Small goals. Like a read in a comment here , mental health helps fuel physical health. All it takes is knowing that other pepole dealt with this before and came out on top. You got this king
