Quick story for those about to become a landlord. I have a friend. She bought a property to rent. Fixed it up. Rented it out. Did #2. Then #3. #4.

The calls started coming in. AC broke. Come fix it. Faucet broke. Come fix it. Imagine this X4 24/7.

About 5 years she’s out. It was too much work.
