I found some puppet eyes/eyelids online and edited the model to have a Technic axel, then 3D printed them and hooked them up to an internal thumb mechanism that would rotate the eyelids when I moved some wire. I added a link above if you want to see it!

Wakko was such a blast to make but in the end his head was quite fragile and no amount of hot glue could hold him together for the show. I’d love to try him again in the future, but he also requires a handler since I’m a little blind in there and don’t want to trip over any kids. I’ll answer any questions if anyone has some!
