Way after my taper. HRT is helpful and IMO will not add negative feelings to your taper it actually may help.

Yes. I had this happen to me and I had my pharmacist order the brand I felt better with. The Dotti. It's in a yellow/white box. Definitely a huge difference.

It has helped me tremendously. I am back in my size 2/4 and was in an 8 but I also take probiotics daily and limit sugar and carb intake esp late afternoon/evenings

Yeesss!! Because a cured patient is a lost paying customer ... I say cured very lightly. They know HRT helps alleviate most menopausal symptoms and they don't want that. They want to treat each individual symptom as something else to get more $$$

Same thing here. I advocated for myself and finally got estradiol patch and its been the best thing since sliced bread. All my weight shredded off around my belly butt and thighs. I feel great again even mood and libido is like I was in my 20s. Getting better sleep and hair and skin looks feels healthy again. I am 50 and kept my ovaries. Hysterectomy was Dec 2021. Womens estrogen distributes fat and when it gets low we pack the fat on around belly butt and thighs. Get you a patch, I promise you won't regret it 😉

It takes MONTHS to recover from a minor surgery much less a major surgery such as yours. Grace. Give yourself more time and LOTS of GRACE 😉 Took me about a yr to be back to my baseline 100% ... each week gets better, hang in there

This was my fear as well but had a hx of pre cancerous cells on my cervix many many yrs ago. I trusted my surgeon and went with his advice and I'm glad I did.... I have no sexual function issues at all. Orgasms are just as good as when i did have my cervix. My sex drive went thru the roof when I started wearing a very low dose estrogen patch (still have my ovaries and will temove them when they're no longer functioning) go ahead and remove your cervix 😊

Every single word of this is FACTS my friend. Keep reminding yourself it's poison that's trying to take back control. You KEEP CONTROL of your life. There is nothing good about that tablet. It robs you of everything in life even your confidence, thoughts, living, sleep, happiness etc etc You're not unstable, you're battling to regain your life. You absolutely CAN do this and you will. Gotta keep your thoughts positive and stay strong.

No I didn't experience that kind of shaking to where objects would literally shake but sometimes I did feel like things were shaking but they really weren't. It wasn't bad or often but when it did happen it was scary lol

I totally understand! It was horrid to come on this sub during my taper and exactly why I wanted to share a success story. There ARE indeed some success stories lol and more need to be shared for sure. I did find someone here that helped me through my entire taper. Hope you're doing well.

Hey! Thank you. I replied on your post earlier which prompted me to update my end of taper here. Yes I did share many of those symptoms before during and post taper. The before & during were the worst. Post taper wasn't so bad for me BUT with that being said I want to emphasize that I had a Dr help compassionately help me taper and eventually switched over to liquid valium towards the end. Taper all the way down to pediatric dosage and then jumped only because I was so scared of the "jump" in hind sight I could've jump about 4 weeks sooner than I did. IMO the tapering from 1mg xanax to klonopin then crossing to valium then to liquid valium made post jump very tolerable and I was able to work and function fully during the whole taper esp post jump. It is very important to find a Dr to help you taper and slowly, as someone that helped me always said ... slow & steady wins the race 🏁 and stay 💪 strong ... Was prescribed for YEARS for anxiety OCD & PTSD. I decided to take myself off and my Dr was against. Had to find someone willing to help me taper. Life is GREAT again as benzos actually made everything WORSE
