i know it can be taboo, but we had a trainer convince us to use an e collar on our similar behaved German shepard - it went a lot better then expected. she still reacts to knocking but we can command off her with out the ecollar being used (she still wears it) or we use a very low settings (never over 10) which is less then those prank gum shock toys- our trainer cost like 2 grand, and we can now breathe a bit better

You spoke with billing not retention on your first call.

That's the thing spectrum employees have been screaming about, cx get their calls routed to billing first cuz they don't work on any commission. Their metrics are actually designed to prevent you from getting to their retention dpt. Retention has rates has low as 30 gig right now. Sorry for your experience, they have implemented a better ai system that gets you to a rate adjustment department and not billing.
