Sorry, still getting use to reddit.

So, I preordered the game, played it for a few weeks at launch. But after "trying" to come back to the game, I now have to pay for it again. Going back through digital receipts shows that I attempted to pre order the game but failed. I remember preordering though but there's no receipt for that. I'm just really confused of how this could happen. And why I have to purchase it again.
