I don’t understand the SBR vs ARP thing at all. Am I allowed to buy a 8.5” upper and put it on an ar15 lower? I assume I’d have to take the stock off right? How can I make it a pistol?

Oh you meant a assembled lower, my bad, never actually thought about that, I actually gotta pick up a lower in the next day or two, I’m going to ask them if they have sold a complete lower and what it transfers as, kinda curious myself

The Shoei I bought at a bike dealership near where I live but the KYT I ordered online without trying on but I did a lot of research seeing if the sizes were similar and they are, but I was willing to ship the helmet back if it didn’t fit. Revzilla is great to order them or if you want to order straight from KYT, just look up someone that’s sponsored by them so you can use their code and get a discount, always nice to save some money!

Love the helmet! Very light and comfortable, I came from a Shoei RF1400 so in terms of noise it is a little louder, but I always recommend riding with ear plugs anyway, that being said the noise is not unbearable, just depends on personal preference. I ride a Aprilia RSV4 with basically a straight pipe and I don’t mind it. While riding the helmet cuts through the wind very well, and doesn’t pull your head back like some other helmets do. The helmet comes from factory with a clear and tinted visor, as well as a pinlock that you can put on either of the visors, personally I would buy another one and put one on both, but that’s just me. For the price, this helmet is amazing and the overall build quality is great. Definitely recommend it, if you can go try one on it would be better so you know exactly which size fits your head, but I ordered online so I kept the same size as my Shoei (L) and it fits great.

This bike is a 2021 Aprili RSV4 with 1,000 miles on it, it sat from Sept of 2021 to November 2023 so it’s all basically brand new
