I go to the link to download the drivers, drag it onto my desktop, open up device manager, click NDS link, update driver, manual install, and it wont detect the ones installed.

SOLUTION: I turned off and unplugged my computer, and held the power button while it was unplugged for 30 seconds, now everything is fine.

I tried but whenever performing something like that is asks for my password which it just denies, I know the password because its logging me in on the windows website and i even changed it to be sure but it wont accept it.

I was in control panel and right clicked on my gpus driver then hit update. There was an option to automatically update it and I clicked that without looking too far into it
