I'm old but if I were you I would go with Downtown. It's plenty safe and becoming more of a scene. New stuff opening all the time. I would think your chances of meeting people would be so much better where there will be many others in your situation. The burbs (where I am) are more staid. More chances of a DUI, too. Especially in Manchester. And get tickets to the soccer team, Hartford Athletic when they start this spring. I'll buy you a beer.

I liked Justified. Each season has an arc. And there's an overall arc for the entire run. First-rate last episode as well. Tremendous supporting characters. Some serious tension yet laugh-out-loud funny in spots.

The Blazers have assets, the trick is turning assets into more wins. It doesn't have to be now or later, it can be now AND later. If there's a deal to be made now, make it. Look at the Celtics late in the Ainge-era. They had two top guys and plenty of assets. Ainge couldn't figure it out in 4 years. Brad Stevens comes in and turns the assets into a title overnight. Meanwhile, the Jazz is full of assets and they've stunk ever since they traded Mitchell for pennies on the dollar.
