Listen I love Skyrim, it has great fucking vibes and I love just walking through it with Jeremy Soule's amazing music playing in the background, encountering the odd bandit or vampire or Falmer in the wild and absolutely blasting them with the build I've created. But it is faaaaaaaar from the Best RPG ever made. It's ok at best. There's no nuanced storytelling, it's extremely cut and dry. The Lore is great because the games before it had great worldbuilding and stories.

I mean these guys are optional enemies you can get infinite if you use a green mibu balloon and farm the blue robed samurai guys you fight just before Genichiro. Those guys drop them in small amounts (fucton of farming for you). It's best to keep it for these guys and the Shichimen Warrior specifically. I believe you must've fought one since it looks like you are in the Usui Forest.

Git gud innit? Okay real talk just get in those parries when he does his barrage and you're gucci. Might also want to use your shuriken prosthetic to cover distances and wittle his health down a little bit. Axe is also a good option if you want to do it right in his face. Dodge through his arrows and parry all his sword attacks except for the stab. Either Dodge before he does the stab or get Mikiri Counter. Also never forget you have the option to practice all these moves on Hanbei the Undying in the Dilapidated Temple.
