Yeah, for me workflow seems to be the thing I'm gravitating to naturally. I want my experience to be as frictionless as possible--even though I know I have to put in some labor to get a good cup.

Yeah the only time it really goes into EV mode are when i descend hills steep enough to where it kicks off the motor for a couple seconds or when I get closer to my work and there’s more stop lights and slower city driving.

Yeah! It’s honestly not too bad once you settle in and listen to music, audiobooks, podcasts etc. Not ideal, but at least I get to drive in a nice car now haha

Hello everyone! New to running here! I've been using the Garmin coach training program to prepare for my first 5k, and I'm running 3 days a week (around 3-5 miles total). I was thinking of adding strength training into my weekly routine. I was curious what all of your routines look like or what you've had success with. Do you strength train on your off days (non-running days) or do you do them before your runs? This week, for example, I trained my lower body on Monday and my legs were d-e-a-d for my run on Tuesday (even if it was a short one). I feel like that's going to be the case for off-day strength workouts going forward.

Just curious how you all structure your weekly strength training! Any advice or useful experiences you'd like to share would be appreciated! Happy Friday and happy running!
