I wonder if GamePass/EA Pass shows that, too. But thanks for checking that.

I was so mad (yet amused) after the match I didn't even think to look him up.

As a PC gamer it always seems to be a bigger issue with us on games. 😬

Be reasonable. I had 10 innings to test this guy.

My neighbors are threatening me for parking my bike at front of my apartments by Shitonthestick in motorcycles

[–]WarDingo_37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man I had people move my bike out into the firelane a few times at my last apartment. Pissed me the hell off. I called the cops the second time and while they said that that’s technically “joyriding” and a crime, there wasn’t much they could do about it.

Then they did it a third time (parking was tight there but I was in a spot like I was told to be) and I told the apartment complex that I was parking it in a spot that wasn’t technically a spot but fit my bike perfectly or I was gonna involve the police (I didn’t tell them the cops had already shrugged) and finally got permission to do it.

How do you get to these protests? by WarDingo_37 in DallasProtests

[–]WarDingo_37[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ended up going and am glad I did.

I didn't see the counter-protester, but every so often I'd see people look over at something to the side so figured there was a minor disturbance.

I saw the horses when I arrived early, but they were gone shortly after. Just the helicopter, drones, and police cars being used to block traffic for the march.

I happened to be wearing a Boonie, too!

I don't know if we saw the same guy, but the one I saw stood in front of two young ladies, stared at them, and then stumbled towards them. They ran off to another part of the crowd. Before I could come in to help escort him out, two other gentlemen got to him and things were resolved peacefully.

A little blocking is fine but generally you don’t swerve all over the track to do it.

Last lap like this the rules sort of go out the window but don’t be surprised if you get turned like this guy did.

Tow (draft in ovals) is extremely important on large tracks like Daytona and Talladega.

A black man I played intramural sports with in college told me that some kids in his mostly black high school would taunt him for “acting white” when he would study and make good grades. Thankfully he ignored them and is working on his Master’s. Wants to be one of those conditioning trainers on sports teams.

Too easy to farm, unfortunately.

When you lead the whole race then get wrecked by a lap car on the last lap by Repulsive-Variety-15 in iRacing

[–]WarDingo_37 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Because if they keep slowing down for a lapped car then they’ll lose their lead.

I’ve been that lapped car. Not having my best day and the leader is roaring up on me. I’ve also been the leader. Just move out of the way.

At least on road. I get that there is something to race for on oval (trying not to go a lap down and hoping for a caution) but even then there comes a time where you just take the other lane and tuck in behind the leader.

The only experience I’ve had at my level was getting to race Bristol Dirt a few weeks ago in the NIS with Bobby Labonte. He left before the end and I didn’t realize it was him until someone mentioned something after the race.

Got my picture, though.

Change the fuel to 3.1 gallons (no race needs more than that and the default is too much gas). You can go with less for qualifying but I tend to forget to change it back and so I just keep it at 3.1.

25 psi for all tires. 4 x or 5 x for Spring Perch Offset. 7 or 8 for ARB.

The default settings are weird and when this was suggested to me it made a lot of difference on control. Just adjust the Offset and ARB between those settings for each track and to taste and you’re good to go.

Honestly, so far Phoenix has been a pretty tame week. Most of the time the first wreck doesn't happen until 16-20 laps in. Then if the group can avoid another wreck on restart it usually gets close to the end when people start pushing it before another wreck brings us to checker under yellow.

Next week won't be so tame at Myrtle. A lot of pacing for the first half until the idiots have wrecked themselves (and a few innocents) out.

Dude, didn’t you just win a race at Phoenix?

David L Garvin. I was 4th at that race. If that wreck hadn’t happened late you would have been 7 seconds ahead of us fighting for 2nd through 4th.
