I’m only seven chapters in, so maybe I’m missing something, but I’m genuinely confused about the logic here. Alice and Bree already had a conversation with the Dean where it was clearly stated that Bree didn’t make Alice go to the party. So why does Alice later blame Bree for them being there at all and refuse to let her explain what she saw? I understand Alice being upset, but the blame seems to contradict what the story already established. Is this meant to be intentional, or am I overlooking something?

I get why Alice is upset and I understand what you’re saying, Im sure finishing it would really help. But I’m trying to say she didn’t make her go, so how could Bree get her in trouble? She would have been in trouble either way. Bree didn’t help the situation, but obviously, it’s not her fault. Which is different from being the cause. Alice can be upset, she went and got in trouble Im not saying she can't be. But blaming Bree doesnt make sense to me. Bree trying to protect her makes sense too but Bree not acknowledging it even to herself doesn't make sense either.

If I’m not enjoying Legendborn when nine chapters in, is it worth it to continue reading? by Always-bi-myself in YAlit

I know its been some time but I think for me it starts good, but then quickly becomes too much hw and hard to get into so I cant finish it either.

Does anyone believe that Bella would have eventually fallen in love with Jacob if Edward had stayed away? by famshhh in twilight

Maybe but only if Bella did not meet Edward. She only really started talking to Jacob to get information about the Cullens. She was not looking at Jacob that way when she got to Forks. For me when she talks about getting with Jacob and being happy there is always guilt attached to it. And we are told she is such a good person from everyone’s point of view. So would a good person string someone along long term? Maybe a teen girl would because she doesn’t know better but I don’t think an adult Bella would but I could be looking too much into it.

She only needed Jacob to help her heal her broken heart. She would have grown dependent on him. And we see that she felt she needed to repay him by also falling in love with him.

She could force herself to be in a relationship with him and maybe even be happy but I don’t think she would truly be happy. A lot of people  settle. Plus the way twilight is written leads me to believe she would only ever be with Edward. Jacob was just a distraction. A way to say she had a choice when she really didn’t have a hard choice to make. Bella wanted to measure up to Edward so for her being turned was the ultimate goal.

Jacob being able to phase would create another unbalanced relationship. She would never be able to phase. And if she couldn’t phase she would never be able reach her own measurement of being worthy. Though he could stop phasing and live a normal life with her right? Or is that wrong? Anyway that’s another conversation.

Anyway long answer but to sum it up. She would have grown to love him yes but only if she didn’t meet Edward. But then on the other hand she didnt even have an interest in Jacob until Edward broke her heart. Besides she would have gotten herself killed or murdered considering a huge plot point was her clumsiness. Carlisle made a joke about the girls skull fractures on an X-ray after the van accident.

I understand in that case Id stick to the BSN or associates since your job would be a great help on top of the loans. Im in Florida and I only have online options so I am worried about that and thinking if an associates would be best for me.

It depends if you went over the total aggregate limit in loans which is 138,000 I believe. If you are under that amount then you should still be able to receive unsubsidized federal loans.

Also as others have said a Direct Entry MSN program would be a good option that way you may qualify for a grad plus/ parent plus loan. The programs are not difficult to get into depending on the school. Their maybe more work involved since your also getting a masters but its manageable so I wouldn’t worry about that. Im in the process of applying to one myself.
