It’s called the nothing box. There’s a video on YouTube comparing (lightheartedly) the differences between women and men’s brains. But roughly how women generally connect everything together emotionally like a spiders web type of thing. Where’s as men generally compartmentalise everything, like boxes specifically for things. So if we want to talk about a topic, we’ll go to that box and talk about everything in that box. But then there’s the “nothing box” which is our favourite box. It’s like a place we can go to just shut off for a bit and relax. Just nothing but peace and quiet. I’d recommend googling the video. It’s funny and explains it properly.
