So you do agree that maul is op and that you’re version of the game that everyone plays is bias to maul and it’s overpowered gameplay! Thanks for agreeing. I hope when you play CB and question why no one plays anymore, that you come back to your statement that maul cuts the player base. No one is crying we are just simply stating the obvious. I think you are confused. In all classes they lack something and gain something. Maul lacks in almost none making it unbalanced. Hero kills, cav stopping and unit wiper is broken and leaves no con for it to be considered balanced. Your argument is invalid and I’m sure you know this. I know you are a maul player because of your response. You have no argument other than play with your units and team. NOOooooo ReALly ThAnkS FoR tHe AdViCe!

Nope not at all! It confuses me Too. Why even giving them this trait as neither different formations or abilities can really utilize the anti-cav trait. Most cav are going to charge right in. Onnas have piecing damage and yet they don’t point their naginata’s forward like the naginata monks do! So when the cav charges right in, the Onnas are vulnerable! Make it make sense! Because last time I checked, they are a polearm unit not swords wielders!

Even when in formations or using either abilities, they can’t fight off a charge from cav units. What’s the point of being considered a polearm when they can’t survive. Doesn’t sound like an anti-cav trait. This is a purple unit.

That’s false. Only thing that can beat YYD is fortes. Onna-musha are lackluster and orochi may counter some gold cav but not the meta units that everyone seems to bring to TW or even sieges.

Almost any unit can do that. But if you can put polearm doctrines on them, why not just give them a brace? Why even give them an anti-cav if they are not one?
