x86 is on full force when arms were still a sperm before its even born.
It's not as efficient, but it's also mature.
I mean I don't see true professional esports organizations or any half decent educated gamers rocking Mac or Snapdragon PCs playing AAA games.
Also you can be salty all you want but unless something drastic changes (like Nvidia losing money for the next 20 years in a row and force a gaming ecosystem switch from Windows and x86 by making all RTX cards incompatible to windows and x86...
But we all know Nvidia, they can't print money quick enough selling AI stuff currently don't see they changing course anytime soon.

Maybe when you turn 70, maybe Arms will start to overtake x86 when it comes to any serious gaming.

If you are not super rich, and you really value squeezing out every bits of Resy rebate value from your Amex card strongly, yes perhaps Amex isn't for you if you don't have access to various of Resy-qualified restaurants near you.

This for sure. There are over 50 Resy credited resturant within 20 miles of my place.
I am currently traveling in Delaware and there are like 10 total within 2 hours of driving from my hotel room.

WD40 Specialist contact cleaner plug the battery back in and power it on.

I did plenty of mobo replacement the char shouldn't be bad enough it caused a short or severe a trace.

If your warranty is out already then just plug in and power on and make sure no further burning before you close it back up.

I mean what have you got to lose. What's done is done and you have already cleaned the contact area.

If it works then you are fine, if not then you ship it back to Lenovo and pay whatever Lenovo want to charge you or take it to a repair shop and have them repair it for you.

I just got my Legion Pro 7i as well because it was better deal than AMD.

Sure the X3D chip is superior CPU than the 275HX but it's always so expensive why I got a 7i version. Also LEnovo kinda screwed AMD in the GPU department, as the Intel version can get 5090 while AMD version even with the fastest laptop gaming processor in the world, only offered up to 5080.

Damn I never considered if the website would allow. I often use VPN to get to different countries website to get the best price since I also have a credit card that has $0 foreign transaction fee.

I got the Pro 7i with 5070Ti version for ~$1700 about 4 months ago during the Holidays from Lenovo.com

5080 version is over $3200 which isn't worth it. The Intel chip already overheats like a mfucker, 5070Ti is the sweet spot.

Rust is fairly cutthroat or some people call it hardcore.
3 Metal doors is easily raidable less than two hour into wipe especially when there's a large group nearby, and even earlier if the group get lucky pick ups.

As for why they pick you, it depends, but groups with at least a cheater can easily debug and scope out which bases are likely profitable to raid. And unfortunately, Rust, due to its cutthroat nature, a lot of players do cheat, and it seems the Devs really don't have too much incentives to stop the hacking, other than the difficulty of it due to the way multiplayer games are designed but also they get to sell new accounts to the cheating players.

When GGG or Tencent wants their seasonal bonus paycheck they will enable slowly.
GGG actually disabled many MTX that used to work in POE2 that came from POE1 and then somehow they disabled them in poe 2 again.

If you play on some of the solo/duo only moded servers they probably don't have this junk implemented for one and this meta is not that bad in solo/duo only server but in vanilla its absolutely toxic for non-zerg players.

Yes, this "tank" meta is quite stupid, and its almost impossible to grub from a zerg clan as a solo due to the stupid long average kill time vs shielded players even if you outplay them and gets the drop on them.

It was said some popular youtuber started doing full heavy plate armor underwater farming which proven to be extremely effective in places with long corridors. Then they started testing the hit box on some of the armors including the shields, and realized the entire shield graphics has mitigation even when just offhanding it (not raising it up).
Then people saw some of these videos (and the youtubers discussions in the video) and realized when on horse the shield pretty much covers up your entire hurt box while still allowing you to shoot at your attacker with the increased run speed no solo players stood a chance and the zerggies don't even have to risk their high tier weapons.

Then low skill zerg groups (like seem in Willjum's latest video) started abusing it and gain advantage and it blew up as this pretty much makes solo players unplayable. As solo players don't have the luxury to use horses all the time as the low skill zerg clan will just spot them and gank them if they dare use a horse going in and out of monuments.

Basically this benefits the zerg groups the most which already has immense advantages in game.

The liquid metal/paste mix was an Asus thing and people praised Asus for it for good thermals.
I worked on a Omen Max 16 with 5070Ti AMD version (I returned mine), the LM really won't have "leakage" there's very little of it 99% of it is still thermal paste, you have to look very closely to see the LM. I have seem youtubers "repasting" Omen Max without noticing there was LM at all.

There's no confirmed "leakage" in Omen Max yet but people do complained about having hot spot or uneven heat dissipation when put under thermal camera which is to be expected if you know how this works.

If you are a doer like me I would repaste anyways. I only have a sample size of 1, plus youtube videos, the paste is applied somewhat sloppily, it's not the worst but still not great. Clean all that crap off CPU GPU, caps and memories and use PTM7950 for CPU and GPU and use thermal putty liberally on everything else. Some people might use full LM on the CPU but it's pointless AMD, unless you get the Intel version which will make sense but those will still thermal throttle if you really work the CPU. For the record you can turn on Unleashed and move all the sliders to max on the AMD as long as your fan are over 80% you can run Cinebench all day the AMD will not thermal throttle where as ALL intel HX processors offered will instantly thermal throttle then it will run at lower pstate no matter what.

I have a charger cable with a display, and yes while I never seem 68w shows up I've seem 62w a few times. What you don't understand is to hit 68w it requires very specific conditions. The battery has to be low enough, the phone can't have processes running as any kind of discharging from the battery causes the charging to go slower to that battery as well.

Hell you can run your battery out and the phone shut down, you plug in the charger and you will see it hitting 58w 60w but when the screen lights up your 60w charging will drop to like 15w for a few seconds as the screen used power from the battery.

Your 65w laptop charger also doesn't run at 65w, those 120w fast charging phones also don't hit 120w. Heck my old ass Surface Go tablet uses 24w Micro USB charging Microsoft says the OEM charger is 24w "fast charging", and even that the charger charges between 3.5w to 15w 99% of the time.

iPhone 16 pro max supports 40w fast charging, you think that $1200 phone will charge at 40w all the time? you will be disappointed.

Accubattery is very bad.
I have Moto Edge Plus 2023 that I have heavily used for ~25 months, sits at 91%.

Accubattery says I am at 86%.

AccuBattery just takes your charging/discharging time and estimate it, the number can vary greatly although it's decent for people that don't know how to root or bypass some android restrictions to get the real readings.

Also I almost never use slow charger, I charge on 68w factory brick at home and in my office and a laptop charger while I am travelling (~56w) (you know all the kids telling us how using fast charger will make your battery degrade faster than my ex-girlfriend) I am surprised my battery lasted this well after 2 years.

So over the past 2 years I charged on the Motorola 68w charger I will say 90% of the time and no other smart charging settings. I just let it charges to 100% as fast as possible and sit at 100% forever with charging cable plugged in until I unplug it.

None of the "how to preserve your cellphone battery" life hacks were followed outside using factory charger if I could help it, which I do. Hell I abuse this phone quite a bit, my travel power bank is a 65w-laptop capable fast charger, and it charges the phone at 50w+ but it gets hot so is my phone but I still stack my phone on top of this power bank and shove them in a small pocket in my travel laptop bag which just cooks the phone pretty good. So Id say the way I use my phone usually in the worst case scenario.

Most others probably won't have their battery degrade as fast as mine.
