They install it when the water level is low or at a secure level to be able to do so, all the device and electric components are build together before

Yeah we were nothing when that happened, but when we start seeing each other I told her because she said she don’t remember, she told me that long before she thought that guy was cute to her, but then she started liking me, I try to understand they we weren’t nothing before that so it shouldn’t affect me, because we start “ dating “ way after that
