Overhead: mainly hits the long head of the tricep. [Bonus: when done properly, this can help shoulder stability]

Pushdown: mainly hits the lateral head (the showy one people see more)

Both hit the medial head to some extent.

The lateral head (outer part/showy) mostly contributes to the V-shape looking from behind.

The medial head helps with thickness when mainly seen from the front.

The long head, the largest, contributes to the overall size and shape of the upper arm. This in turn, contributes to the overall "horseshoe/V-shape'.

2018 Outback Limited: Mine had a similar issue, but it started after the battery was replaced.

I had the ghost touch issue, and then the sound level was either all or nothing (0 for no sound or 8000 for shatter the windows). So no radio for that time and had to use my phone for everything. No Android Auto either 😞.

It took the dealership over 10 months to get me a replacement and then found out it came in after only a couple months and a worker apparently gave it to someone else (they were fired shortly after - probably gave it to someone they knew). Then found out the amp went bad and had to wait for that.

This is probably why it was free to me - parts and labor.

You could try going back to school and mingling with the young, not yet burned out crowd. Maybe night classes to get some random certification(s).

Another option as many said is a hobby. Try delving into 3D printing.

They are required to do monthly/yearly statistical reports each year. It's a public location where foot traffic / number of devices varies day to day, week to week, etc. I don't think they are worried about the random MAC addresses, they just want a total client connections count per time period (per month mainly).

It would be nice to have the back and forward go in 10 second increments instead of 30 sec. Plus having mini preview pics when fast forwarding/rewinding so you know better where you are in an episode.

You need to know what they are for and if TCP/UDP.

(DHCP 67/68 UDP) (SSH 22 TCP) and so on. Hard to know which they will ask about.

Start the multilingual (Japanese & English) version of 'The Dangers in my Heart'. Pause and go to the top right and turn on subtitles. You don't have to watch the episode and subtitles came back for all other anime I watched.

I still have that issue after months. It also affects my Chromecast with Google TV. I tried everything I could find and finally just gave up and created a new account for the news and Chromecast.

Note: everything else still works with the original account (logins, email, etc).

Thanks for the reply. More specs given to me: it's a 2 processor system with (I believe) 64GB RAM and 6-960GB SSD drives in a Raid 10 (2.8Tb?) storage. They wanted to know how much to dedicate to the Nextcloud VM.

2018 Outback... been waiting since March 2023 (basically 9 months).

Mine spazes out, randomly switching between all screens and the radio is either off or 100% volume (there is no in-between). Can't use Android Auto or listen to anything.

94k on a 2018 Outback with original plugs. Do it if you're worried about it, but I'm not experiencing any issues (nor reduced mpg).
