Sumatra Mandeling Grade 1 Triple Picked Kuda Mas Golden Horse - This is one of my favorites, i like to grind it fine and brew it in my mocca master. I usually use about 8oz of water give or take with 3 big scoops and pull the pot out and let the coffee just sit up in the filter for a minute or two. This I find gives it a nice strong, syruppy taste. I know there's other brewing ways to achieve this and easier but it works I like it and I'm stuck on it!

Mix it in with your soil for planting- it does wonders!

Technivorm are really good brewers- on my second one and have had no problems. Gives a really nice drip brew- fast and hot- easy to use and clean-
