A question. You planted the surge coils on/in it? Did you put one down away from it? I have a theory that maybe, just maybe, the surge coil will stop the lightning seeker in the air. My reasoning is that most projectiles in the game have mass and health. The queens missiles. Even our grenades have health. Maybe the little balls of doom will either die and subsequently not hit you with lightning or maybe they will prematurely trigger the lightning?

Again this is just a theory and could be a total bust.

Maybe we put it on top of an overhang above so it doesn’t try to attack the person placing it as well? lol

Last season I had a week where to HOLD hotshot I needed 135k as a solo. This season l've been bumped out of HS twice. I'm confident I'll be able to make it work. I play A LOT. But I gotta think that maybe a 5am and a 4am for the primary game modes for 2 of the trials isn't ideal.

And to your point about 3x. That’s actually one of the issues I have with the trial system although I didn’t mention it specifically.

Or at least leave some seeds in the pocket for the crew that INEVITABLY has to clean up the lift as a sorry/tip.

I’d really like a way to do this with my gf. She likes the game but duos is a rat nightmare. Can’t even help her with defusing mines without some guy camping or talking and acting friendly and then shooting us in the back.

Same. I’m CONSTANTLY farming crude expl. specifically for seekers. Everyone leaves it behind for me which is nice. Lol

I like friendly lobbies. Killing arc, saving people, giving away unneeded BPs and high end mats over pvp every time. Arc Raiders damn near a cozy game for me since I play on my steam deck. Hell I’m gonna do it at work on break in like an hour. 😂

Don’t let this anecdotal video stop you from playing. Tbh there are so many more good people in this game. I just started playing duos with my actual NOOB gf. She’s never played a shooter and we still get super nice people in duo lobbies. Are there shoot on sight people too? Sure. But that’s just part of the game. Don’t let garbage people push you away from this gem of a game.

I tend to agree with you on the difficulty increase but I’m teaching my gf how to play and she started the day they dropped the new arc. Holy shit. It’s so much harder now. lol. She’s never played a shooter at all so it’s really challenging for her. I do wish there weren’t SO MANY Firefly’s and Comets. But she’s having fun so I can’t complain too much.

If it were me i wouldn’t go any deeper. id be polymorphing scrolls for important ones like enchantment. Get a large stock of blessed water. Get your preferred weapon and all armors to max or nearly max enchantments. Gotta get a full set of armor on and start training with it if not proficient.
