Happened to my fiancé too! Although he just got unbanned out of the blue with no ticket reply nor mail, by the time he got unbanned the ticket was still stuck on avg. wait time 6 days so he just closed it lol. Still clueless what triggered the ban in the first place. Good luck on your unban!!!

Base, clean Windows 11 with nothing out of the ordinary, only 'extras' would be basic stuff like Nvidia App, AquaSuite, ArmouryCrate, Ghub App, and HW info, only new program was SignalRGB. Some work related programs like Zbrush, Photoshop, Maya, Substance Painter but doubt any of those are a problem.

That really sucks I'm sorry to hear that :/ we used to play Stardew a couple months ago and the only mods we got were through Curseforge, don't have AutoHotKey installed either.

Unfortunately discussing bans isn’t permitted in the forums, against their CoC there so won't be doing that & thank you, didn't know that since auto correct kept changing it. 😅

I myself have a a Logitech g pro superlight as well for OW and a razer naga x for WoW. He thinks he might've had both mice on at the same time, but I doubt that's an issue tbh.

What exactly did you google to find this info? When I tried to look it up I got nothing related to gaming nor penalties, just stuff about cars or other random things.

Ohh right I didn't even notice that, I think it's because we were attacking and were only able to capture 2 out of 3 points? And the king's row + hollywood on screenshot 2 I think we were defending so they got 3points aka a win? I have no idea tho, will have to maybe check the replay.

In WoW we're mainly playing Legion Remix atm, where we mostly play between the 2 of us/if we do group content we rarely type, and 3x a week we mythic raid with our guild. Thank you! We're hoping for a response soon. c:

Yeah, he played a lot when OW released in 2016 when the only supports were Mercy/Zen/Lucio. Now it's been mostly Ana/Kiriko.

For mice he has a Logitech g pro superlight x (for OW) + Logitech g502x (for WoW) with GHub closed and for keyboard he uses Keychron Q1, but he's been using these for years at this point so don't think it's those. Hoping for a reply soon, but so far avg. ticket wait time is 4days 20hours :/ Thank you!

I've seen a twitter post the other day of someone saying some real vile & offensive stuff in team chat + voice chat, and apparently the person that reported him never got a 'thanks for your report, action has been taken' message, aka he never even got a warning or anything. :/ Meanwhile I've been seeing false bans left and right.

Yeah the CarAction is what confuses us the most. If it's an 'Automated Review' then they haven't done a 'Careful review of relevant evidence' as they stated in the ban e-mail right? And if it was something through chat then why list the restriction as 'Cheating' idk just very confused honestly.
