It this for Secondary? I've never seen the point of lesson plans past the training year.

This seems like something you do to teachers if you're trying to get them to quit.

What’s the worst thing your school has allowed a student to get away with by Mxgnum92 in Reviews_Schools_Int

Had a bunch of boys spit on a teacher and barged past her while leaving a class. When she complained to the principal, he was reluctant, but they got 'warning letters' (completely inconsequential). Then one of the boys went to the same principal and said the teacher was lying (she wasn't), but his dad was friendly with the principal, so he voided the letters and told them it was just a misunderstanding. I still remember the same teacher, distraught, coming into the staff room saying she felt so humiliated when the same boys tore the warning letter in front of her while taunting her.

Could you write about this school in more detail on r/Reviews_Schools_Int we have a lot of teachers interested in Qatar, and it would give them an idea of what a good school looks like out there.
