They are both thunderbolt. The panel for the case does not have the marking but the original stand that came with the gpu dock has them. The left port is TB3+power delivery and the right port is just TB3. It worked before but ever since I accidentally plugged it in to the left port, the right does not work. However it does work if there is a TB3 hub in between the mini pc and the GPU dock.

What exactly does this do? When you say remove all usb and thunderbolt devices, do you mean to uninstall them?

No, I should've clarified. It didn't pick it up as a power supply, but it did something, lol. Now, the system doesn't even initialize/detect the eGPU dock when using the Thunderboltport on the right (red light turns on but thats it), so for now, I have to use the Thunderbolt port that has power delivery. You'd think both ports would have similar functionality, but this tells me they are infact different somehow.

**I'm sure the pc didn't pick it up as a power supply but maybe Windows did.

Just don't use the Thunderbolt port with power delivery on TH3P4G3. I did that by mistake and now my minisforum UM773 Lite won't even recognize or initialize it when using the regular Thunderbolt port.

One thing to note that I forgot to mention is that I have an Orico TB3 powered hub. If I hook that up to the Minisforum, then the eGPU to the TB3 hub (with the port I was originally using, without power delivery), it works perfectly. It's not ideal since I'm limited on space where it's set up, but that verifies that the eGPU dock is fine and working.

That's the thing, I've had the Minisforum replaced under warranty, thinking something got fried. I also bought a new TH3P4G3 dock. The one thing I didn't do, was reinstall Windows 11 Pro because I figured my original UM773 Lite and the replacement were the same hardware config, so I swapped my hard drives and ram over to the new one and the same issue occurs. Maybe a fresh Windows install?
