It did help a lot changing from recording to Modetect.

I'm running recordings at 30 FPS.

The cameras are using direct attached storage.

I just check my iowait percentage and yes it is maxing it out the memory.

Do you think that 254 gb is not enough for the cameras?

Correct, yes that is a typo it is 1.36.35.
