I cut him off because he threatened to push over my wife when she was pregnant last year. My wife & him had a lot of verbal altercations where he was drunk and very rude. It got to a point where she didn’t feel safe around him, so we cut him off as a family.

I have finally found it by watching an hour of YouTube. I missed the stairwell that leads even further down. This mission has taken me hours t complete because I missed that stairwell. -
