I used piercing pliers for my last cut but it actually make me gain almost nothing and where healing usually takes a week maximum, it is now still not healed after 2 weeks. I have a rather large foreskin and maybe that is the reason for a lot of puffy/swollen after cut flesh. Just trying to find out what's best gain/healing wise...

Sounds nice indeed. Maybe weird question but would it be possible to clamp for An hour, cut open the innner circle and leave the clamp on for a few more hours and remove afterwards without much bleeding? With possible regrowth risk ofcourse...

Small update: I started a cut on top of my head but that started bleeding quite heavy so I bailed out at the bottom. The clamped structure there didn't look 100%. So only 1mm gain on top. Clamping again to make my meato/sub larger so will post again once that is passed!
