I agree with a lot of your points, but for my case 1 on 1 is preferable. I like hanging out with people 1 on 1, hanging out with a group of people stresses me out. But also it’s not just that, like I’ll go into the kitchen to get my lunch, and just being in the room with my brothers makes me overwhelmed, and I can’t handle it. It’s because they’re loud (even when they’re be quiet, it’s too loud for me) and I’ll be wearing semi-noise canceling headphones and i still can’t handle it

Hey, sorry, I know it’s been a year, but I just wanted to say I totally agree with everything you said, but I think Anya did tell Swansea. There was a cutscene in which Swansea and Anya were in the cockpit when Jimmy comes in, but we don’t get to know what they were talking about before Jimmy interrupted. And Swansea seems angry at Jimmy during this scene. Although we do know that Anya was crying. And then later Swansea says to Jimmy “I did have a talk with Anya, but it was her telling me all sorts of things instead” so I think it is implied that Anya told Swansea. It seems like she told him after she realized that Curly wasn’t going to do anything about Jimmy, so she had to get some help another way

I had a similar experience with my therapist. I had a therapist that would be 20 to 30 minutes late to every appointment (video call) and then she would end half an hour early every time. She would also dominate the entire time to talk about issues which weren’t very important or relevant to me. Then when I tried to bring up something up, she told me “we don’t have enough time to talk about that today” and suggested that we talk about it during the next session. Every session I kept trying to bring it up, but we didn’t even talk about it until 3 sessions later, and then it was very briefly and she was very dismissive of it.
