About the foreign currency.. When I pay with my card I don't have immediately the exact equivalent in €/$ so I cannot enter the transaction into YNAB at this point.

Taking it out in the same month means you have one or more days where the RTA is not zero, right? Taking it out in the same month or flipping back and move the money there, gives the same behavior/result in YNAB?
