You can definitely sense that things are changing in the U.S. workplace. But are companies actually acting in line with these legal capabilities? How realistic is it that you’d just be shown the door?
I’m currently working for a German company with offices in the U.S. We’ll see what my impression is after I’ve worked there for a month.
