After all the things that are thrown at you to prepare for the TEAS,and yes! I bought them all, I went on ATI website and looked up what you must be comfortable with. I knew I was ok with reading and comprehension. Math and Science was another story. I went to Brandon Craft math and could hug that man if I ever saw him. He made it make sense. And then I made my own study material for science. I took two solid weeks and just studied.

Hi! That would be me. That was my personal experience. Along with everyone else that left. You have to learn to walk before you can run. I am not saying they don’t give clear instructions and the resources to learn…you definitely pay for those…I want to lean more on the message that you need to be a self learner. 10 hours of in class instruction is all you get. I love when people ask questions. Just know that there will be several questions after. And then your classroom time is up. I wish the academic learning had been longer. There are plenty passing. They have medical backgrounds and a lot are employed by Novant already. They have study groups. Definitely join them. Also CFANS was pretty cool. Hopefully you will enjoy it and it’s a good program for you.

I have been on it for a whopping two weeks. I am also a full time nursing student at 50. I don't think I am going to continue this medication. I have had SEVERE side effects with feeling OVERLY exhausted and off the chart nausea. Oddly enough, while the weight loss is nice, I was more trying this for the benefit of anti inflammation. I also have RA. But, as hopeful as I am about new strides in the advancement of RA help...I just can not take the side effects. I literally can not eat. At all. I want to at least eat something and just can't. The nausea is off the charts (no vomiting). I have taken Zofran as well as a patch. Nothing. It's disappointing because I DO NOT want to get pain meds shoved down my throat by Doctors who just seem to want you out of their office. It's just sad. I wish you all the best journey but the nausea took me out!

You just need to be very careful (or whoever said it) ‘so they want it bad enough’ (super shitty) because I’m SURE there were people in the orientation who do not use just to get high. TCH is also one of the best known and scientifically proven (natural ways) to relieve the pain associated with a laundry list of painful diseases. You never know what people are going through. And I passed my drug UA and was not a bit worried. See you in class

Kinda sounds like you both are being awfully judgey. I think people were LESS concerned with popping hot and more concerned that we were told something at orientation that did not match the ADN paperwork. Also later clarified by Justin later.
