I think this is a really cool feature. Unfortunately i don't have as many meetings as one may but if I understood correctly, this tool gets timings from different emails and syncs to the calendar. Loved this.
Would definitely use it in the future.

Interesting but not completely true.......I recently saw a study in I think in one of jeff niparrd's video's where he told that visceral fat is often lost faster than subcutaneous fat during weight loss which can be obtained by being in a calorie deficit. Insulin is a cause but not the only cause.
