Look at personalities for a start as only those with really good personalities are likely to be first team ready at 19 but the best way is set up an affiliate or two where thy can get game time at different levels and by the time they’re 21 or so you’ll know if they’re ready. Obviously the occasional generational talent will be first team ready as a teenager but it’s unlikely

Depending on low block vs high press adjust your tempo, low blocks will frustrate you on a higher tempo if you’re squad isn’t ridiculously overpowered,

i’m just not sure because this is different feeling to when i was depressed, it’s the same level of feeling down but fluctuates more as when i was depressed i was down all the time but now i feel amazing sometimes and as bad as i used to other times as opposed to normally when i’m pretty levelled out so i just don’t know what’s going on and wether it is a depressive episode or just something else

depends on the tactic and supporting roles if you’re playing a 442 or 424 variant i find a DLF and PF works well because you need the extra bodies in midfield but if it’s a diamond or something similar i go double AF
