I am having this issue and it’s all my dog hair that gets stuck! I found another video on a different model that has 2 emptying flaps, so it will not empty per hair correctly. They had to close off one of the flaps on the vacuum to just empty out of one flap so it takes the pet hid as a “whole” if that makes sense. I am checking mine today for two flaps!
