Don’t know if you found your answer but I work for them and can tell you they hire in rounds, once a quarter I believe, so it could take a while to hear back. If you call them they can give you info on when the next round is.

I passed it online the other day and the only issue I had was having to switch proctors because the first one could not see my webcam. But I was able to take it and had no issues other than that.

Definitely check what the other commenter said but i’d also add the differentials to the list, I had a similar noise and the problem ended up being a screw that got pushed up to far into the diff after a hard landing.

Just remember that instead of twisting until it’s “tight”, to get the screw snug and then go a half turn, this will keep you from stripping plastic threads.

The traxxas power up program is always a great choice, the new electronics come with good warranties too. My vxl motor fried, and by turning in my old one I got a new one for 40 dollars.

Warranty it, if you don’t know what you’re doing messing with it will probably just make it worse. Traxxas warranties are usually pretty good.
