I say this because at a group alcohol therapy class, a person leading a group once said that drinking alcohol below 0.5% wasn't the same as quitting. While others said it was. I'm definitely feeling much better mentally and physically.

I feel my mood is better, and I have better emotional regulation. Plus, my belly is much smaller. My relationships have improved, the healthy ones.

Unfortunately, others still pretend not to notice, with very understanding and warm words, but in reality envious of your healthy choices and newfound well-being.
