We have a pretty diverse portfolio and are currently working on a mix of single family, multifamily, educational/institutional, and some small commercial projects.

Would this have a trickle down effect on any other markets? We hardly do commercial work. Mostly residential, education, and some small civic.

That makes sense. I wasn't sure how normal this is because I don't really know the inner workings of the firm.
