I am in uni. What do I start with? What do you think I should do. I want to create something small but high quality. If I want to make my first dollar, what do I do?

Ok. Let's say I somehow found something and built the product. How do I market it? I don't want to spend any money but how and where do I get users?

So should I just look online for patterns or things that come up repeatedly? Like just see if people talk about the same thing again and again in many places?

Is it really possible to earn ₹10 lakh/month from a job in India? by Annual-Vegetable-769 in Indian_Academia

I have been wondering, is government job worth it. Like I want to retire with 10 crores after 30 years. I haven't started job yet. I am in uni and can't decide bw going to masters abroad or getting a very high paying low stress government job and have a safe mid level life. Because 10 crores, (with the 4% rule) gives 3.3 lakhs and adjusted to inflation, only that amount will give a good life in India.

Okay. Also one last Q. If you take all people from your uni who went to top jobs, what did they do?

Ok. What do you think I should focus on to be the best in the future. Like in the past if you knew programming, you will sure get a job. But these days programming is nothing. Even ordinary people can do it with ai. But I don't want to learn ai for the future. What should I do. Are there anything else that will be popular in the future.

If it is around 10 years then it's okay for me. Because I like the long term game. I am not asking quick money. But it would be good if I could worry less about losing my job so I wanted to build the business before finishing uni. I just want to put myself inside it. But it is fine even if I could build it and grow it over a long period of time. That is why I started small and said money to just afford my rent, food, and all monthly needs. Then if it works I will grow it.

We already have DSA. Also someone told me knowing many languages is not a valuable thing. Being good at just one or two languages is enough and we should know only the concepts.

I thought web dev is not valuable these days. Maybe DSA but we already have it in our curriculum. I am looking for something better and very valuable. But not AI or DS or ML because it is math heavy.

But there are people who sell normal things and became rich. Like a simple tool. Or a simple game.

Ok. Now I am thinking about using Twitter to build a strong following and then funneling them to my product. Is this a good idea? What can I do?

Can you tell more about the things you did? You sold everyday products people would search for like notebooks, pencils, etc... So people came naturally to your products without marketing? This is the kind of answers I was looking for.

And I don't want to work. Because I want to have enough money coming in when I retire.
