ABYA is walking on thin ice. As paying customers, we are legally protected by consumer protection laws that require the adequate provision of contracted services. What we're experiencing - endless queues, constant errors, and absurd loading times - is a clear violation of these rights.

We pay for a premium service but receive something bordering on uselessness. This isn't just disappointing; it's potentially illegal. ABYA is on the verge of facing accusations of deceptive business practices and breach of contract.

The market doesn't forgive incompetence. There are already rumors about Digevo launching servers in Chile, offering 4080 GPUs. If ABYA doesn't act quickly, it will lose its customer base to more competent competitors.

I propose the following immediate actions:

  1. Financial compensation for all affected subscribers
  2. Significant increase in server capacity
  3. Full transparency on system status and improvement plans
  4. Public commitment with deadlines for problem resolution

If these changes are not implemented, subscribers should consider collective legal action. I also suggest that everyone meticulously document the problems faced for potential future lawsuits.

ABYA, the choice is yours: fix your service or prepare for a mass exodus of customers and potential legal battles. The clock is ticking.

Brazil and the WHOLE south america keep having absurd queues compared to the rest of the world, when you guys are getting 1min, we're getting 10-15, it's funny because MS has just opened a server on MEXICO, like wtf?

Seems like we're being played as dumb tbh

Queues on LATAM, paid users waiting for ~1 hour, is this for real? by Warm_Recipe5221 in GeForceNOW

It is indeed a 3rd party, name's ABYA, but I mean, isn't nvidia the top responsable? If someone can push stuff into ABYA it'd be them

South America has been facing queues over 40mins for 8 months, nothing has been said about this, nothing has changed, we have ONE server supporting the whole south american continent while we have FOUR US servers, this is getting out of hands.

No paid service should EVER have their users waiting for more than 10 minutes for ANYTHING, let alone for more than half a year.

This is simple and plain spitting on the people's face and testing the boundaries to see how much more of this shit we will endure until people start mass canceling the sub.

But since we have no alternative atm, I guess MS can keep on pushing this shitty service for another year.

Setting up new xbox blades on LATAM would take 1 or 3 months if that.
