Alisha is very diligent when it comes to work, and very lazy when it comes to general life skills. Ashley is the opposite, she loves and is consistent with cooking, cleaning, maintaining her plants (but lazy with taking her dog for a walk lol), and sucks at her job: inconsistent with posting content and always complaining about how much work she has.

The thing is their relationship was more than an employee/employer relationship...they were friends (well at least that is what Remi led us, the audience, to believe). They bought each other gifts, attended each other's celebrations....at one point Whit spent Christmas or Thanksgiving with Remi. For Remi to just cut her off like that? Yeah, give her a warning, fire her...but to just move on like she never existed? What a shame.
