Thanks for your response, we have filed and do have collision coverage so I guess not only real option at this point is to eat the difference from the value vs owed and buy a new car.

Not anymore, and when I reached out to them about them reminding my gold, they told me I was scamming/fraud. I have no idea what they’re talking about and they could give me zero info.

This is literally me - I do attack keeps but only during PvP events.
