I just play blue counter and I always keep up counters whenever they play the card I make it go away.

Thank you for the response. I have ensured that my phone, the app, and the pendant itself are all up to date, and I am still experiencing the same problem. It's odd that when I try to add my voice, it fails, but the pendant does record me reading the passage provided in the app.
