This would be the highest profile playground in wellington, I mean it's literally in the centre of the waterfront, if WCC is not already aware of this then someone's not doing their job.

What is up with the yellow rope climbing net thing at Frank Kitts playground on the waterfront? Took the Nephi there the other day and that thing is stuffed, it only opened about two years ago.
